Workflow Proof · £350 fixed

Find out if a workflow will work before you pay for it.

A Workflow Proof turns one repetitive task into a working prototype and runs it on your own examples. You see what it gets right, what it gets wrong and why, and what it would cost to build properly.

Workflow Proof

£350fixed

Test one workflow against an agreed set of your real examples before committing to a full build.

Credited toward implementation if you go ahead.

What's included

What you get

  • A working prototype of the workflow
  • A results report from your own examples
  • Every failed case, with the reason it failed
  • The limitations we found, in plain terms
  • A fixed-price proposal to implement it properly

What's in scope

  • One input source, such as an inbox, a folder or a Shopify store
  • One destination, such as Xero, a CRM or a spreadsheet
  • A sample volume we agree with you before we start

What we measure

Document extraction
Field accuracy: how often each field, such as supplier, total or VAT, comes out right.
Integrations
Successful transfers, duplicates caught and failures, each counted and listed.

How it runs

  1. Tell us your workflow

What comes in, where it needs to end up, and who handles it today.

  2. Agree the scope and sample

One input, one destination and the examples we will test against, agreed in writing.

  3. We build and run the prototype

The prototype processes your examples. Nothing touches your live systems unless you ask.

  4. Results and a fixed price

You get the report, the failures, the limitations and a fixed price to build it properly.

What it costs

The proof is fixed. Implementation is fixed too, once the proof has shown what the workflow involves.

Workflows we can prove

  • Supplier invoices to Xero

Extract invoice details from emailed PDFs, flag discrepancies against the purchase order, and prepare draft bills in Xero for a person to approve.

  • Enquiry triage

Classify incoming enquiries, extract the relevant details, and route each one to the right person, so nothing sits unread in a shared inbox.

  • Shopify order sync

Connect Shopify to a named external system, such as your warehouse or ERP, with duplicate prevention, retries, and a record of every transfer that failed.

Your data

We don't make blanket promises about data, because the answer depends on the workflow and the providers it uses. Instead, every proposal sets it out in writing before any of your data is processed.

For a Workflow Proof you choose the sample. Redacted or anonymised examples are fine when they still show the real problem.

Each proposal states

  • Where the workflow runs and where data is stored
  • Which AI and software providers process the data, and under which of their terms
  • How long inputs and outputs are kept, and how they are deleted
  • Whether a data processing agreement is in place for the project

Tell us the workflow you want to test.

What comes in, where it needs to end up, and roughly how many a week. We reply with the scope and sample we'd propose for the £350 proof.
