Integration · Provable for £350

Shopify orders, delivered once and accounted for.

Connect Shopify to a named external system, such as your warehouse or ERP, with duplicate prevention, retries, and a record of every transfer that failed.
How an order moves through
  1. Ordinary code: Order paidShopify webhook received and stored first
  2. Ordinary code: Duplicate checkAn order already sent is ignored
  3. Ordinary code: Sent to your systemRetried automatically if it's down
  4. A person: Still failing?Listed with the reason and a person alerted
  • Ordinary code
  • A person
  • Only when needed
01

What goes in

Paid orders from your Shopify store, sent by Shopify as webhooks.

02

What comes out

The same orders in your external system, each sent exactly once, with a log showing what happened to every order.

03

Where a person checks

Orders that still fail after the retries are listed with the reason, and a person is alerted to fix and resend them.

OrderWhat happened
#1043Delivered to the warehouse system
#1043 (again)Duplicate. Ignored, not sent twice
#1044Warehouse system timed out. Retried, delivered on attempt 2

The review step

Order #1045 is listed for a person with the reason. Once the SKU is added on the warehouse side, it can be resent from the log.

Testing it on your examples

Using a copy of your real orders against a test account of the destination system, we report successful transfers, duplicates caught and failures, with every failure listed.

Limitations to know about

  • We name the exact destination system in the proposal. It needs an API or another reliable way in.
  • Product codes have to match between Shopify and the other system, or a mapping has to be agreed.
  • Refunds, edits and cancellations are separate flows and are scoped separately.
