What goes in
Enquiries from your website form or a shared email inbox, in whatever words people use.
What comes out
Each enquiry labelled by type and urgency, with the key details pulled out, assigned to the right person or team.
Where a person checks
Enquiries the AI isn't confident about go to a person to sort. Your team can correct any label, and corrections are recorded.

Input: an email to the shared inbox
Subject: boiler making noise Hi, our combi boiler has started banging when the heating comes on. It's about 8 years old. Could someone come out this week? We're in LS6 3AB. Thanks, Priya
Output: classified and routed
| Field | Result |
|---|---|
| Type | Repair request |
| Urgency | This week |
| Appliance | Combi boiler, about 8 years old |
| Postcode | LS6 3AB, inside service area |
| Routed to | Repairs team queue |
| Confidence | High. No review needed |
The review step
If the email had been vague, for example a complaint mixed with a quote request, it would have gone to a person to sort instead of being routed automatically.
Testing it on your examples
We report how often the type, urgency and each extracted detail match what your team would have chosen, using enquiries you have already handled.
Limitations to know about
- The categories and routing rules come from you. The AI applies them; it doesn't invent new ones.
- Very short or ambiguous messages are sent to a person rather than guessed.
- Replies to customers are not sent automatically in this workflow.
