The review step

Because the total doesn't match the PO, the invoice waits in the review list with the PDF and the PO side by side. A person decides.

Testing it on your examples

For each field (supplier, invoice number, date, lines, VAT, total, PO number) we report how often it came out right across your sample, and list every invoice that didn't.

Limitations to know about

  • Handwritten or poorly scanned invoices are less reliable and may always need a person.
  • Matching needs purchase orders that exist somewhere we can read, such as Xero or a spreadsheet.
  • Bills are created as drafts. Approval and payment stay with your team.
